I have now been training with Scott for 2 years. I was 15kg's heavier and smoked which did not allow me to undertake any physical activity. Now I am very proud to say I can run/jog, something I never thought I would achieve.
I tore my achilles tendon playing netball and with Scott's professional attitude and abilities enabled me to come back to training far earlier than expected.
I feel the best I have ever felt both physically and mentally.

"I have been training with Scott Taylor of Taylormade Fitness for the past two years. In the past I have joined many fitness classes, gyms and various exercise programs only to be stuck in a room with becomes very boring and mundane.
Scott varies my workouts from parks, ovals, running around the streets and finding hills to climb. Scott makes my work out session's fun and I can't wait to get there to see what he has in store for me as each session varies.
The results have been incredible. I have gone from walking to jogging my core strength is amazing, and with the help of my new eating plan I have dropped two dress sizes. I would recommend Scott to anyone wishing to increase their fitness level while having fun doing so. Go Scotty.
