As part of all good exercise programs there must be a sound nutritional balance to gain optimal results for every exercise program. Taylormade offers this advice via personal consultation or email at the most appropriate time available to you.

A range of group session are conducted at an indoor location to accommodate those cold morning or warm afternoons. These sessions are of an hour duration and vary from boxing to circuit and also running for the super keen (see timetable @ home page).
