      Variety is the key to Results - At Taylormade Fitness we like to keep the body guessing and programs are mixed throughout the year.

      Sessions are held most weeknights at 5.15pm, 6.15pm and 7.15pm. We also offer Mum's Fitness sessions on Monday and Fridays at 9.30am.

      My girlfriend and I enrolled in a Taylormade Fitness Boxing Bootcamp in August and have been attending at least three times a week.  I’ve always been a very active person but over the last few years I’d got a bit slack and my fitness levels had dropped right off.  Pia on the other hand had never been a sporty person and in her words “I don’t do sport”....

      The boxing bootcamp has been amazing!  Apart from the soreness in the first week (no pain, no gain as they say), Pia has shown a vast improvement in her co-ordination, fitness and strength and I have noticed a massive improvement in my fitness and strength levels.

      You never know what to expect with each session varying from the last which has certainly kept our interest plus a great team (and even competitive at times) atmosphere within the group where encouragement abounds.  Pia tells everyone that it is the first time she’s ever enjoyed actually doing sport!

      We even completed four days in a row including two double sessions in the last week!  Without a hesitation, we’ve already booked in for the next Bootcamp!!! 

      Thanks Emma, you have got me motivated again and shown Pia that exercise can actually be fun!  We’ve both been so impressed to the point where we are really enjoying coming each day, even knowing how hard you’re going to work us!!!
